Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites announced the appointment of three new board members and new board chair to its board of trustees.
Joining the board are Michelle Chrin, Colleen Gilbert, and Stephanie Olexa. Barbara Hollenbach is the newly-elected board chair.
Chrin currently works as a senior communications specialist at DaVita, Inc. and is a co-owner of Market & High Co. She specializes in communications and marketing with over 15 years of experience working for companies such as Caruso Benefits Group, Inc., NEWVISION Communications, Inc., and 2020 Design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Muhlenberg College.
Gilbert has made a career in marketing and business development with over 20 years of experience in creating, cultivating, and maximizing affinity partnerships and corporate relationships. Gilbert earned her Bachelor of Science in economics at Purdue University.
Olexa holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Temple University and an master’s degree in finance from Lehigh University. Olexa is the founder and president of Lead to the Future, LLC, which specializes in business consulting, executive coaching, mergers and acquisitions, leadership coaching and more.
Hollenbach is a member of the law firm Norris McLaughlin and has been named one of Pennsylvania’s Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for several years, most recently in 2018. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at the Dickinson School of Law.
Thomas A. Debrowski
Thomas Debrowski, a Delaware Valley University alumnus and business executive who has held leadership positions with national brands, was recently named to the university’s board of trustees.
Debrowski is an executive partner at Calera Capital, a private equity firm. Before joining Calera Capital, he served as executive vice president of worldwide operations at Mattel. Prior to joining Mattel, he worked for The Pillsbury Company and Kraft Foods, Inc.
Debrowski earned his bachelor’s degree in horticulture from DelVal in 1972.
Kacey Conaty and Elyse Nehring
Kacey Conaty and Elyse Nehring have joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates as Realtors. Both will be working from the Stroudsburg office at the BHG Business Campus.
Conaty is a 2018 graduate of the Pocono Real Estate Academy, passed the required exams and knew right away she wanted her license with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates.
Nehring is a December 2018 graduate of the Pocono Real Estate Academy. Prior to real estate, Nehring worked as an associate teacher in special needs classrooms.
Kellie Rahl-Heffner
Kellie L. Rahl-Heffner, an attorney with Gross McGinley, LLP, was recently appointed to the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley, an affiliate of the national nonprofit organization, aimed at providing affordable housing to disadvantaged families. As a board member, Rahl-Heffner will help guide the organization in its mission to provide local families the assistance they need to realize the dream of home ownership, instilling a sense of stability within families throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley.
Rahl-Heffner, is an experienced family law attorney guiding individuals through sensitive legal matters including divorce, child custody and guardianship, child support and alimony claims, protections from abuse, and adoptions. Rahl-Heffner also represents individuals and property owners in landlord-tenant matters including lease disputes, eviction filings, and property maintenance. She earned her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2005 and her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2002.
