January 12th, 2023
As you take down and put away your Christmas greens, lights, stars, and decorations, Historic Bethlehem Museums & Site is doing the same. But before we box up the last of the ornaments, we have some exciting news to share.
Over 700 people voted for their favorites in our annual Trees of Historic Bethlehem contest. You told us who decorated the finest, and we are thrilled to announce the winners.
This year’s theme was “It’s All Fun & Games,” and there were 28 beautiful contestants’ trees to experience and recognize at the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts, Moravian Museum, Single Sister’s House, and the Luckenbach Mill.
According to your voting, here are the Top 3 Trees:
1. Alice in Wonderland
2. Candyland
3. Scrabble
The Top 3 tree decorators get the first, second, and third choice of next year’s tree themes.
Random Prize Winners
1st place: Family membership — Melanie Young of Nazareth
2nd: Blueberry Festival tickets — Tammi Trible of Nutley, New Jersey
3rd: Free tix to Gaming in the Gallery or Attack from the 80s — Devon Strawdinger of Effort
Thanks to all who participated this year, and congratulations to our winners!
