Barn Shoppe

Johnson Barn

Shop all your favorite fall products including home décor, accessories, and everything apple and pumpkin!

Pony Rides

Apple Orchard

Travel through the historic apple orchard at Burnside Plantation on horseback with pony rides from Sunset Boarding Stables. Rides are $5 each and can be purchased onsite or pre-purchased online.

Petting Zoo

Lower Meadow Paddock

Meet and greet with favorite farm animals from Sunset Boarding Stables! Visit with goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, and rabbits. Feed will be available for $2.

Kid's Crafts & Outdoor Games

Build Your Own Scarecrow

We will provide everything you need to build your own scarecrow friend: clothing, hay, and ample outdoor workspace for your family or group.

Hay Bale Maze

Run through the child-size hay bale maze and see how quickly you can solve it!

Live Acoustic Musicians, Tours, & Demonstrations

Apple Days features some of the most exciting and unique acoustic performers in the area!
All performances are included with your admission to Apple Days.

Explore Burnside Plantation and Moravian history with these great demonstrations and tours!

Apple Dessert Culinary Contest

Tantalize our judges from the Young Chefs Academy - Allentown with your own Best Apple Dessert recipe for the Apple Days Culinary Contest! Each category is limited to 12 entries. Registration closes Wednesday, September 15.

Adult Contest: Saturday, September 18, 1:00 pm
Youth Contest: Sunday, September 19, 1:00 pm

Contest entry is free, but does not include admission to the festival.

Donut Eating Contest

Our donut eating contest will be held for children and adults on both Saturday, September 18 and Sunday, September 19 at 2:00 pm.


  • Kid - Ages 17 and under
  • Adult - Ages 18 and older

Limited to 12 people per category, per day.

Contest entry is free, but does not include admission to the festival.
