Holiday Season Volunteers

During the course of my volunteer service, I may become aware of member/donor information and other business-related information concerning HBMS. I understand that this information is critical to the success of HBMS and must not be disseminated or used outside of HBMS’ premises. I agree not to discuss HBMS business with anyone who does not work for HBMS. If I am questioned by someone outside of HBMS or my department, I agree to refer the request to my supervisor or to the President or Vice President/Managing Director. I understand that because of its seriousness, disclosure of confidential information could lead to dismissal from my volunteer position. In the event of my leaving volunteer services, I hereby agree not to utilize or exploit confidential information with any other individual or company.

I DO grant to Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video of me. I authorize Historic Bethlehem Partnership, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
