Experience the true meaning of “Farm to Table “ with a tour of the farm,followed by a memorable 5 course meal for 8 guests that includes an aperitif, amuse bouche, appetizer, salad, entre, and dessert, all prepared with seasonal ingredients grown and harvested on the property.
Falling in love with the concept that simple fresh ingredients make amazing food, Allan Schanbacher trained at The French Culinary Institute in New York City and went on to learn the fine art of food preparation working in famed kitchens, such as Madeline’s, Sarabeth at The Whitney and Zabar’s Across the Street in Manhattan. Chris Gangi has been devoted to the art, taste and style of great food and been the creative director of publications such as Conde Nast Traveler, Garden Design, Organic Gardening, Organic Style, and Organic Life.
