Morning Call: Collectible Christmas item: Bethlehem’s “Silent Night” holiday greeting card features snowy Moravian Church scene
One of Bethlehem’s oldest buildings — one still very much in use — is Central Moravian Church’s Old Chapel at Heckewelder Place in The Christmas City’s downtown historic district.
The place of worship, like most of the stone buildings around it, was constructed in 1751 by the early Moravian settlers and remains structurally the same today.
