The Morning Call: Salisbury’s Amelia Swoyer, 8, wins Blueberry Festival blue ribbon with cupcakes

Amelia Rose Swoyer has a creative mind and a sweet tooth.

She knows that blueberry and lemon are flavor BFFs. And she knew that flavor pairing would make a delicious cupcake.

That cupcake won her a blue ribbon at the 2nd Annual Blueberry Festival Cooking Contest last month at Burnside Plantation in Bethlehem.

And she's only 8.
