Turkey Trot Overview

Did you gobble till you wobble? Work off that big meal and enjoy the gateway to the holiday season with your friends and family at Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites annual Turkey Trot! Runners, walkers and even the family pup enjoy participating in this fun event. A 5K course challenges runners and competitive walkers, while a 1.7 mile fun walk and Pet Costume Contest round out this exciting day. All profits from this event support preservation and programming around three centuries of history right in our community.

Adult Runners

Overall Male & Female winners receive a Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites Family Membership! Prizes to 1^st and 2^nd place winners (M & F) in age groups: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Adult Competitive Walkers

Overall Male & Female winners receive a Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites Family Membership!

Youth Runners

Prizes to 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd place in age groups: 5-8, 9-11, 12-15

Pet Costume Contest

• When/Where: 8:15 am at the Stage

Register your pup and dress up in creative Turkey Trot themed attire! Pet Costume Contest registration is FREE but human owners must be registered Turkey Trot participants. Contestants assemble at 8:15 am at the stage, judging begins a 8:30 am.

Costumes are judged on:

• Creativity
• Turkey Trot theme
• Best pet/handler team
